Leadership Teams Network, LLC is led by John M. Castagna, M.A., Strategic Communications and Leadership, Seton Hall University Valedictorian.

John is an expert writer and speaker, expert in leadership and leadership behavior, organizational culture and dynamics including diversity and multiculturalism, and strategic communications planning. He is a former media relations professional, communications consultant and national spokesman for EPA, the U.S. Department of Navy, Fortune 500 companies and associations. He provided expertise as a loaned communicator to the White House prior to Y2K. He is also a former television news manager with experience in major U.S. markets.

He is joined on a project basis by a nationwide pool of experts in leadership skills, communications and organizational culture. Each is a highly experienced communicator holding at a minimum a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership. We also tap the power of Ph.D.-level organizational consultants and instructors in strategic communications and leadership.

Project team experts are drawn from a wide range of industry backgrounds, assuring the application of broad and diverse real-business-world perspective, coupled with the strongest possible academic credentials.
