Who Should Apply?
M.A.S.C.L. program candidates possess five to 10 years of significant experience in a corporate, military, governmental or nonprofit environment, and are seeking to develop and enhance their communication skills in preparation for greater career responsibilities.
Courses and Residencies
The online M.A.S.C.L. program is an 18-month, 36-credit program consisting of five sequential learning modules that include extensive online individual and team interaction with faculty and peers, and an individualized component to enhance presentation and writing skills. The program also requires three on-campus weekend residency visits, which afford you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with SetonWorldWide professors and your peers in the program.
